DO I NEED TO REGISTER BEFORE I CAN PLACE AN ORDER??
You are not required to login before you start shopping. Simply browse through the website and when you have finished shopping proceed
to the checkout. When placing an order you will be given the option to create an account by clicking “Sign Up”. Then if you are a returning
buyer simply enter your login details. Also registering means that we will keep you updated on new lines and exciting news about Working
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD??
Click on “Sign Up” and enter your email address. A new password will be sent automatically.
Upon successful completion of your order (including the payment) you will receive a confirmation email so it’s essential that you provide
an up to date email address. Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for incorrect input of email information. At this stage it isn’t
possible to update your order or change any details such as delivery so please ensure you provide all the up to date information during the
order process. If you wish to cancel an order this can only be done up to the time the order has been despatched – cancellations should
be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the order reference. Note, receipt of the email is not confirmation that we will accept
the cancellation but we will try to help where ever possible. A cancellation is not accepted until you receive official email confirmation from
Working Wardrobe. Please be assured that shopping with Working Wardrobe is safe as we are members of ‘Verified by Visa’ and ‘Secure by

DO YOU ACCEPT PHONE ORDERS??
Unfortunately we cannot process orders over the phone. For security reasons all orders need to be placed through our website. If you

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER??
If you place your order before 3pm Monday-Friday you will receive your parcel the next working day in the Mainland UK. Or alternatively
you can choose to select the day you’d like to receive your order. Orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scottish Islands may take up
to 3 working days to arrive. Note, any order to other territories such as Republic of Ireland will be subject to a minimum of a minimum 3
day delivery period. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO box and BFPO addresses at this time. All deliveries require a signature upon
receipt so if you are not at the delivery address at the time of the delivery a courier will leave a card about how to reorganise redelivery or
collection. Should you fail to reorganise delivery or collection, the goods will be returned to ourselves and if redelivered will be subject to
our standard delivery charge.
