Delivery

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
If you place your order before 3PM Monday-Friday you will receive your parcel the next working day in the Mainland UK. Or alternatively
you can choose to select the day you’d like to receive your order. Orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scottish Islands may take up
to 3 working days to arrive. Note, any order to other territories such as Republic of Ireland will be subject to a minimum of a minimum 3
day delivery period. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO box and BFPO addresses at this time. All deliveries require a signature upon
receipt so if you are not at the delivery address at the time of the delivery a courier will leave a card about how to reorganise redelivery or
collection. Should you fail to reorganise delivery or collection, the goods will be returned to ourselves and if redelivered will be subject to
our standard delivery charge.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY PLACE OF WORK?
We can of course deliver to any address specified by you through the order process. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to work
please ensure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field as well as your contact name to ensure that your parcel arrives safely.
Please note, remember that our couriers work standard hours so bear this in mind when selecting your preferred delivery address to ensure
that someone is available to accept the delivery. No responsibility is accepted for any parcels which do not reach you once they have been
signed for and receipted from our courier – so it’s worth letting your front of house know you are due a delivery!
WHAT IF MY PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?
Please allow up to 3 working days from the expected delivery date. In the unlikely event of your order not arriving or if you want an update
on when to expect your delivery, email us at info@workingwardrobe.com
CHANGES TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you wish to change the delivery address please contact us by email at info@workingwardrobe as soon as you have received the
confirmation email. However we cannot guarantee that we will be able to redirect as the item may be enroute.
