Exchanges & Returns

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM
Whilst we always endeavour to ensure the correct items are despatched, from time to time we can make a mistake as we are only human! In
these instances please contact us on info@workingwardrobe.com where we will ensure the situation gets resolved to your satisfaction.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please return the item/s in their original condition within 14 days. This does not apply
to sale items. We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item/s are returned in an unsatisfactory condition. Note, this includes
items which show evidence of having been worn, any damage to the item, staining or make up on the garment, but is not limited to this.

EXCHANGES
In the parcel you have received there will be a returns label detailing how to return the item/s to be exchanged. If there is a price difference
we will credit/debit your account accordingly.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO SHOW IN MY ACCOUNT?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your account to be credited. If you have not received your refund after this time please contact us at
info@workingwardrobe.com.

FAULTY ITEMS
Prior to delivery we check every individual item for faults and anything which may affect your enjoyment of the garment. However, should
you receive an item you believe has a fault then please email us at info@workingwardrobe.com quoting your order reference number on the
subject line. Please note, normal wear and tear of an item will not be deemed to be faulty.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
On each individual product page we have endeavoured to provide as much information about each garment. Please note, the photographs
are indicative of the colour available but small variations may exist but again if you want further information on any individual item please
contact us on info@workingwardrobe.com.
